Founded in 1872, HWBCC is your local club competing in the I’Anson Cup Competitions and is also ECB Clubmark accredited.
The club is made up of 3 adult teams, a ladies team (Hens) and a growing junior section.
For the 2026 season we are looking to launch 3 new junior boys team and 1 new girls team as we have seen a big demand for colts cricket in the local area

However, all of this comes at a cost and we are only able to exist through the generous support of local individuals and businesses.
Despite the efforts of willing volunteers, the cost involved in maintaining our club increases every season. Therefore, we are looking for local communities, business and individuals to consider sponsoring our club.

With your help, we can continue to ensure our success in a sport we all love while raising the profile of cricket in our town.

Our sponsorship packages start from £20 and in return the club will advertise your commercial activities on things such as our playing and training kit, equipment, website adverts, inclusions in monthly newsletters and press releases. This is not an extensive list and we are happy to work with you to create a bespoke sponsorship package that will work best for you and your business.
